VANFRE® F60

Processing Aids

VANFRE® F60 is improves mixing and processing as well as the incorporation of compounding ingredients. It is a very effective material for the physical peptisation of NR, improving compound flow and carbon black dispersion.

VANFRE F60 is compatible with most elastomers and quickly: reduces compound viscosity, shortens mixing time, reduces energy consumption and improves processing efficiency. It also improves calendering and extrusion rates, while providing smoother surfaces. Reversion resistance and tear strength are also improved.

Recommended Dosage: 1 to 5 phr.
