VANFRE® F60T

Processing Aids

VANFRE® F60T is improves mixing and processing as well as the incorporation of compounding ingredients. It is a very effective for the physical peptization of NR, improving compound flow ability and carbon black dispersion. VANFRE F60T is compatible with most elastomers and is quickly reduces compound viscosity, shortens mixing time, reduces energy consumption and improves processing efficiency. It improves calendering and extrusion rates, while providing smoother surfaces. It also improves reversion resistance and tear strength. Recommended dosage: 1 to 5 phr. .
