VANFRE® L16

Processing Aids

VANFRE® L16 is very effective in improving the flow properties of rubber compounds because of the reduction of intermolecular friction and external friction on metal surfaces. VANFRE L16 has a stabilizing effect on the tendency of re-crystallization in Neoprene compounds. It has outstanding release during compounding and as a mold release after curing. For optimum release VANFRE L16 should be added during the final mixing stage. Recommended dosage: 1 to 5 phr.
